not how I understood it: the heroic zones are 70, so a 70 does nothing, but a L26 gets scaled UP to 70 in the heroic zones. this is the same as the leveling dungeons (that have been updated to L70) which is that your level goes UP to 70, no one goes down, always UP.

this is acceptable. on days I literally have important things to do, i will no longer feel completely jaded about losing my stack of CCs. if this is the case, why have 2 types of favors anymore, just put the CC rewards into the AF rewards - it's not like there was actually anything of use in the ardent list.
