Leveling Back up in Mod 6

Question on leveling in Mod 6.
I currently have 2 characters that are showing level 71 and 1 at 70 on their Power Status Sheets.
By this I meaning I have received 11 extra powers, (250K 11 + times) after I reached 60.
My question is:
In Mod 6 will I lose those extras power levels and have to start at 60 all over again or Respec back up to my current powers level of 70 or 71?

    You will keep all power points earned. My DC has 81, and kept them on the PTS.

    Ok so I will be able to get my top 3 back to 70 and 71./ Good I wanted to get them up their so I can run the nex content in mod 6

    You do keep your extra power points, but some of the powers are gated by your level.

    So when you start Mod 6 at level 60 with 71 points, you will be able to put all 71 points in the new lvl 60 powers as well as any of the old ones, but not the lvl 65 or 70 powers, or the 4th rank in any powers.

    Look ahead at the lvl 65 and 70 powers; you might want to not use up all 71 points at 60.

    What I'm looking forward to is - being able to put all those excess points I poured into "useless", underperforming skills int the fourth tick of good ones...

    ...I really hope we get a _full_ respec with Mod 6 launch.

    already confirmed - full respec
