To the players like we're seeing here, seeing a Dev say "Oh, we have plans for this" or "We want to work on X" is a signed notary from the entire Cryptic team, past, present and future that they absolutely, positively will work on this plan right this very moment and it will be available right away with no bugs present.

To be quite honest, this has been my thoughts about Sela post-war: the poor jerk is in her own personal hell now, realizing that, in trying to look out for Number One, she brought about her own pain and suffering. There's no honor, joy or closure in arresting her and putting her on trial.
