I'm not bragging because I died quite a bit, but was able to solo this mission. I didn't realize that I needed EV suits for my crew, but I already had the upgraded CRYSTAL EV suit from the lobi store. So you really don't "need" them, just makes it easier...

But I still don't know what "*" mean next to : *Deals increased direct damage *Applies a high damage Plasma Burn for 10sec *Decreased damage resistance for 10sec Really, it seems like these things are not working as intended..that's why there's * next to them...otherwise there would be numbers…

You have to play 2 games of STO. Play Holodeck and find something with no info, then play Tribble to figure out what the heck is going on. Designed as intended.

Yeah it's like I have to play 2 games for sto. I play Holodeck and then have to play Tribble just to figure out what the real story is with the gear without being penalized for spending dilithium.

People who have just come back to the game after a new season and complain because stuff changed are kinda silly. But on the other hand, cryptic has been putting buggy new features ontop of buggy non-working old features. They either don't have the staff to fix it, or don't care to because it's not worth their time.…

The last time they issued a patch, they had to issue the same or an updated patch 3 times.

I would love for stuff like this to be implemented...just by a different dev team. They can't even get us a flamethrower or even adapted OMEGA gear....it just not gonna happen because it's too much work for little payout.

right now the engine gives bonus when your power level are low..upto 3.5....but like most equipment you get...the info is either incorrect when you view it and changes when you equip it....and will change again when you increase your speed.....its all a giant hot mess and probably the most hated aspect of sto programming.

I don't think the complaints have died down...I think we've given up. After 7 seasons of ever decreasing dev team size / smaller updates / bugs that have gone unfixed / lack of foresight when changing y which affects x... list goes on and on and doesn't seem to get better with each new season.

Get yourself the shard of possibilities and a ground boff that gives you chance of extra beam in security escort. With those 2 alone you could beam in at least 5 bots to help you. EDIT: Plus with romulan rep you can get reinforcements....so thats like 7 or 8 extra? Isn't that enough?

I was looking forward to the flamethrower....only to find out that the devs made promises they can't deliver. I was looking forward to OMEGA XII adaption armor only to read that MACO is the only set listed. I'm starting to believe that there are only 2 programmers and 1 art guy running the show.
