The nerf to Lurker's Assault is a huge hit to TR burst damage. They may have decreased the nerf (the original plan was so severe that it made the power a joke) but it was still made less than half as powerful as it was. Note: I'm not exactly saying it didn't need to be nerfed.
And so the server goes down...... Now we'll get lots of posts from people who bought keys just because of the bug that will want zen refunded after the almost certain rollback.
I was annoyed by the announcements even when they weren't going by in a continuous stream. It was never, ever information that should have gone out as a system message.
The problem there is your lack of understanding, not developer ethics. They NEVER promised that Drow would be available to non-HotN purchasers after 60 days from launch regardless of what date was 'really' the launch. The promise they made was to those who DID purchase HotN that they would have exclusive access to Drow for…
/em Tries to think of a way to wildly misinterpret this post... hmmmmm....... Got it! So there will never again be free races and the only way you can play the new Knight of the Feywild class is to pay for moon elves? ZOMG!
I got really irritated the last time I purchased Zen (which will be THE last time if I have to jump through so many hoops again), but not processing payments from Illinois really takes the cake.
A quick check of the FAQ reveals: So.... a) It hasn't been 60 days from launch yet. The official launch date was June 20. Between the start of May and June 19 the game was officially in Open Beta, not release. Yes, they were already taking in money, but OFFICIALLY the game had not yet launched. b) 60 days was always a…
EQ deaths were even worse. In addition to loosing experience (including levels) you respawned without any gear and had to do a corpse run. And not in ghost-form as in WoW. You had to get to your old body and loot yourself to get the gear back. Mobs in the area would still happily attack you making getting things back…
True dat. The slave trade is alive and well in Neverwinter. I send those mercs, tailors, etc. off to do work for me and never pay them a single copper. Not only that, I can also buy and sell them at auction.
Same problem here. 0 messages even though my brilliant caption was clearly superior to all the dross comprising the rest of the responses. PS It was a HAMSTER joke. Sheer brilliance I tell you!
I think at some point I read test server notes that bounty items were being moved from regular inventory into the currency section. So while they may still be useless they won't be clogging up limited inventory space. Unless you fill up the currency slots, that is.
It's rarely a good idea, but biologically speaking one can become a parent in the early teens. A 40 year-old could even be a GREAT-grandmother. PS At 42 I'm another one of the old timers. You kids can stay on my lawn, but only as long as you play nice.
Because Amex's business practices are much less merchant-friendly than other credit card companies. http://blog.chargesmart.com/2011/09/not-accept-american-express/
The pack isn't worth the price to me. I don't want either unicorns or more elves. Even if the companion looks good on paper it will probably still be too stupid in practice to be worthwhile. So I won't be buying the pack. Or anything else much any time soon (though I HAVE spent some for extra character slots, epic mount,…
If people are tired of paying 3-5k AD (lulz) for such easily made items they could have leveled the profession themselves all along. The reinforced gloves were the ONLY thing crafters could make a profit on without investing insane amounts of AD for the purple tools needed to make gemmed pants and shirts.
