Aren't all the special ships available in the in the Event reputation store? I have claimed them on most of my Delta recruits so I have the ability to use them(if I choose to) later on.

I found that doing the trading mission in the Nequencia system is pretty easy and quick. I found that there are basically three trading combinations.
