Its a good idea in principle but I don't think the game engine would support the full layered mapping for the Mirror universe. After the tutorial is done, you would have to crossover after defeating Leeta and defect to your chosen faction in the prime. Essentially it would almost be a different game to do all the episodes…

Naah, maybe a super giant space cylinder! Make it massive with some sort of probe and have a superpower like, say I don't know a subspace electro-tachyon pulse. Yeah it could just disable anything non-organic within say 500,000 Km. But we all know that nothing in Trek is ever that unimagianitive. :)

Lifeboat protocol for fed, Saucer sep+ramming speed+abandon ship= engineering section ploughing into your foe and doing major damage. Dreadnought torpedo launchers and playable Mirror Bajor with the duke nukem cashman cheat active ;)

I would imagine all starfleet ships would have some sort of deflector in the saucer section in case they had to engage the lifeboat protocol. I suppose on the NX refit that would be dumping the big nuclear bomb strapped under the ship and kick in the secondary core to get the hell out of dodge.
