Been trying to get this to appear in shop and no luck was wondering if anyone knew how to get it?

    Go to the vendor on Risa next to the outfitter, it's on the top option I think but thats where you get it

    It seems the vendor is selling everything else EXCEPT the flower box. I see one on the exchange for 10 million, so it must've been available before. Probably another wonderful glitch...

    edit: someone pointed out in game that the rep store tab for the summer event has the flower accents available. No idea why the vendor doesn't have it, but has everything else.

    Vendor is having issues this year.

    The PC patch notes says something about prices being messed up between the two stores on something, too.
