I had got lucky on mine. The book that has many seeker skills on it gave it to me on the first try. Considering its rarity though..20mil is a deal, and I do believe its worth it.

Probably because TT90 is readily available(mats too) at the AH, while TT99 you have to farm, and I guess putting a squad together to run TT is harder these days.

Most of the older clients have been disabled by PWI. I guess the installers link directly to their servers, rather than everything being packaged within the installer. I think that's pretty mean of them to do that.
