Difficulty is too high. Most players will find other games to play, rather than play a game that's too difficult with dailies that are too tedious and dungeons with HAMSTER rewards.
I had a similar experience. I had 10 epic dungeon keys and the 1 daily dungeon key. Chest was locked. One of my teammates said I should buy a key. So I used the Wondrous Bazaar icon to purchase another epic dungeon key. Chest unlocks. Bizarre.
Funny thing is, I did not experience this lag yesterday, during the day. Now it's terrible. It's taking me at least 3 times as long to complete professions. I've tried a couple different computers and internet connections. Same issue.
How much real cash or AD to you have to have to really want to buy some of these items? They seem like okay pets, but I don't feel the need for another augment pet (got the original stone of Allure on sale and the Radiance promotion). I have 10 million AD across 6 characters and this does not seem worth it. Especially…
The difference between that Trickster Rogue's 49.5% and that CW's 35% is more explained by the bonuses they get via feats and attributes. The TR with high dex and the right feats will get a lot of extra bonuses to Critical Chance that some of the other classes might not get. The calculator linked is for purely gear score…
I don't feel weaponsmith/armorer are needed. For weapons, I'll stick with the Ancient set. It's easy to get, as opposed to farming for the offhand items. Especially now, most people are burned out on Malabog's Castle and Valindra's Tower. For armor, it's way too much effort for some incredibly minor boost to gloves.…
I don't really care about the Stone. Frankly, it was a $10 promotion. That's lunch money for me. It's the unbound gear that suddenly became bound that bothers me. Given how their customer support butchered returning lost assets, back when that bug was around, I don't believe they have the logs to fix this issue.
I feel your pain. I'm now sitting on a set of gear that I was going to give to a friend. *sigh* I can't say I'm angry though. I'd care more if I had not given up a long time ago on customer service.
Galeb Duhr is a zen store companion that taunts. It's epic/purple, so it can be raised to Rank 30. At Rank 30, it has a passive that heals 8% of its HP every 10 seconds. It's a nice tank companion. It costs 3000 zen. I feel your pain on the Man at Arms. I slotted him up with HP runestones for the rune slots. And cheap blue…
Sounds like you need to follow the wiki link at the top of the page under "The Game" Or go here: http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Neverwinter_Wiki edit: Game is still young. Give it time before such databases are implemented.
I'm with the OP. Asset Packs are garbage. When the game was brand new I bought about 15 Asset Packs (Not Boosters). Yes... I spent a lot of money at game start, though the Hero of the North pack I did not think was worth the initial investment, as opposed to the Guardian + a lot of zen. 1 asset pack had an epic (heh...…
I have spent way too much on this game early on. I went overboard early and bought Profession Boosters like crazy. So I can generally manufacture an epic shirt/pants or two for each armor type everyday. Now that I make a substantial amount of AD, it's nearly impossible to justify buying zen. The exchange rate is nowhere…
I am pretty sure we all got the same compensation package. And I agree, it was laughable. Sadly, I've grown to expect such poor customer service. It was taking them so long to return assets, I just assumed I was never getting them back. Cryptic is rated an F by the Better Business Bureau after all.
Sometimes it really does feel very off. My tailor with 4 of the purple quality assets appears to be coming in under 50%, consistently. Then again, the tailoring recipes also seem off in requirements as compared to Mails, Leather and Plate. My platesmith, that also has 4 purple quality assets feels about right on the tier 3…
Then you have completely missed the complaints about dead/dying guilds, people not queuing for dungeons, etc.. Maybe you should troll the lower depths some more. Not that I'm agreeing with 70% loss of players, but dying guilds are being felt and noted on.
Please... 2 million players? That's just marketing spin. How many of those "players" are gold farmers, secondary accounts, accounts not being played, etc... And as someone who works in the market research field, this survey, even with its small sample size is arguably valid. Though the most important survey, would be one…
I am unhappy with the patch. The Nightmare Lockbox spin was poorly handled. The new content is kind of frustrating with all it's weird currencies to buy/unlock things. I think it makes it silly. But most importantly, I have lost profession assets. Professions were my favorite part of the game and now I've lost assets. I'm…
I had this same issue. I sent in a support ticket and so far no response. If it's anything like my last support ticket, I won't get a response for a week. I lost my adventurers. As I'm Leadership 19 and want Leadership 20, I'm just going to have to buy more adventurers and hope for the best in a week, when they finally get…
I disagree. As slow as Gauntlgrym queue can be, at least I can get into the dungeon a couple times in the 30 minute window. Queue for Call to Arms is completely broken. I do not want a broken event.
