I don't care about the 2410 canon timeline, the wonky old TOS Gorns are just more fun to visually have running around in the game than the newer crocodile looking ones.
I liked the idea of a "Year of Klingon" but am nor have ever been a fan of Discovery or its content. That being said, I have no beef with those who do like the current Trek TV series offerings, but what Paramount and CBS are doing with the intellectual property at the current time is light years distance from what I've…
I checked repeatedly throughout the day yesterday and until it got too late in the evening to bother with it again. I rebooted my console twice just in the off chance that it might prompt the free pistols to arrive, and no, it did not. Still waiting to here what the excuse is this week?
I plan to stick to the promo ship choices with the D7 Miracle Worker Flight Deck Carrier [T6] for my alt account, where I run klingons, romulans and cardassians. For my main, Federation exclusive toons, I will have to select between the Freedom-class Exploration Frigate [T6], the Inquiry Battlecruiser [T6] or the Vulcan…
The only three vessels out of the list of ships still awaiting the T6 upgrade that interest me are the D'Kyr Science Vessel, Nova Science Vessel and Oberth Light Science Vessel. The latter two have been at the top of this forums request list almost from day one!
Our mistake was in thinking that something called Year of the Klingon would see Cryptic finally focus on that faction, not to the exclusion of other content of course; but actually see them focus more of their efforts towards perceived Klingon-centric shortcomings within their game. As it stands, not so much .... at least…
Star Trek Online introduced the Lukari race and they have a terrific back story for a starting faction, should they ever opt to go with it. A starting character who was with Kuumaarke on the L.S.S. Concordium during Echoes of Light as their race began exploring space and of course were initially investigating the…
Don't create a crappy fleet patch! There are LITERALLY hundreds of fleets in this game with some of the crappiest designs for a fleet patch that I have ever seen. I would start a fleet just to make a better patch, but the long, long, long, looooonngg grind to get all of the perks up to speed is not worth it.
Some of the previously removed KDF missions made sense being nixed, but I had hoped that at least some of The Kuvah'Magh; Treasure Trading Station; Task Force Hippocrates; City on the Edge of Never; Past Imperfect missions would be reinstated? I doubt that they will at this point, but several of these were unique and/or…
I wrote off Discovery as a stinker very shortly after they killed off Captain Georgio, revealed that Lorca was a Mirror Universe infiltrator and had Burnham "magically" forgiven for being a mutineer that inadvertently started a war that got her mentor/captain killed. I mean why watch that much of a hot mess? Anson Mount as…
I disagree! Personally, having a ship interior that has all of the features that might bring you back to Spacedock is both fun and convenient, but devs not designing them or incorporating those aspects in the first place is a good way to make players not care. Heck, my Ferengi vessels even have a Dabo table for earning…
Cryptic having an effective quality control department is frankly, quite overdue! I mean they appear to host weekly pizza parties or beer fests for the gang, so maybe expecting them to check things out a bit closer isn't too much to ask!
I did opt to purchase the discounted Legendary Romulan Captain Bundle which came with the T'liss Legendary Light Intel Warbird, so perhaps there is hope that at some point they may offer an individual legendary ship from the Federation in a similar fashion?
I'm on console and this type of thing was bugging me for months. I attributed it to the devs working from home in the pandemic and tried every possible fix that I could imagine, even as the constant server and client disconnects when switching characters, or between accounts (I have two memberships on console) or when…
I'm on console, and still have a few hundred points left to complete this event. I'm not sure that (Xbox One) for instance, has had the final grind come up yet, so if I'm wrong .... someone please correct me? I don't think that I've missed or skipped anything, but these days with so much going on seasonally, weekend…
Calming down with the events and weekend alerts for a single quarter of the year, might give them the time to perhaps, maybe work on some of those pesky lingering issues? Most work places call this quality control and it isn't a bad thing!
I had been experiencing things like that quite often, daily for a couple or more months and when it truly began to be beyond annoying and my repeated posts or reporting efforts pretty much seemed largely ignored, I had to think outside of the box. This might not help you, but I'm on Xbox One and after every other technique…
Vanity shields always end up on the exchange after new lock boxes that include them drop. They run expensive until the next one or two drop, but easily gotten that way without dropping too much moolah. I sell keys on the exchange during price reductions and rack up enough ingame currency to grab them that way.
I can't see any good reason for them offering another reputation grind? I mean I would prefer that they spend extra effort maybe fixing some of the stuff that has long been bugged or perhaps doing that previously teased Halloween seasonal content based upon the TOS episode "Catspaw."
This game has always rubberbanded a lot along with a great many other "technical difficulties" that are vexing. However for the last six months or so, this effect has been a constant. I'm a daily player and every single day this has happened. There are several other related threads in the forum that relate to this as well.…
That would be one long string of repeats as, there are what only four prisoners that you escort out of the mine, and then only if they all survive helping out in the fire fight?
I grabbed this from another thread, spoiler, that was my post too. I have twin accounts and thus separate identities for same here in the forum. I feel your pain, friend. Frankly, I feel as if a direct statement over this many months long series of broken interfaces is more than merited. However. I do NOT hold out any…
This has been happening to me for many long months and it is frustrating. Reporting it seems to be a waste of time too? I get booted right out of the game during loading, whether loading into the actual game from the main screen or at any point that I manage to suddently load in and see my ship or character on ground,…
