I bet if a boutique item somehow became unselectable, it would be fixed in 2 seconds with an emergency shutdown, and would be double- and triple-checked to work properly.
-
We should also get some sort of safe-type item in which we could store items that we do not wish to currently carry with us. You could go to a location, say an npc, and choose which items to place in or take out.

It's wrong to NOT get mad at some people. How else will they and others know that certain behaviors are unacceptable? I don't mean anyone who makes a mistake, of course, but I'm sure we all know the type of people that are willfully ignorant, stubborn, egotistical, and simply refuse to have any kind of consideration for…

Knowing PWE, they probably figure the people looking for free gold aren't doing too much zen-charging, so **** 'em. Basically anything PWE does can be traced back to that focal point. You should see the next game they're coming out with: "Skinner Box".

The only "nerf" that would do anything for the fun of the game would be to nerf the actual boutique. Make it so that only vanity items and things that don't affect the actual power someone has are available through any means other than playing the game itself. PWE could still make money (look at people who will pay 100s of…

For an understanding of how the player bases of MMOs work (and a good laugh), check out this article on Cracked.com. ~~~> "Understanding <other MMO game name> Using Super Mario Bros." http://www.cracked.com/blog/understanding-the-world-of-********-using-super-mario-brothers/

In Heroes of Three Kingdoms (another PWE game), fashion had slots for sharding. Only 1 slot, if I remember correctly, but still. Then you could pick your own bonuses on any fashion, and even switch out certain ones for different situations without affecting your overall build much. Since it has already been done, I don't…

Here is another side of the coin, as well... Powerlevelers, quit outleveling your gear and skills, or figuring you will only get gear once you reach 100. Showing up to 9x squads in 3x-4x gears non-refined (come on, +2 or +3 is basically free, at least have that) is a large part of why people feel the need to "require"…

Although I laugh at some of the details/concepts behind some of your arguments, I do see some valid points in there. To be honest, there should be only one solution, and I say only one because obviously the other is unfeasible. Just bring back the Goon exp, and let everyone take advantage of it who wants to. The second…

I bet you just happen to be selling a few Bad Pandas yourself, eh? What a fortunate coincidence.
-
Do you already have a decently-geared and high-level main, and have good knowledge about the game? If the answer is.... (NO) Power-leveling through, skipping a lot of the learning, will only get you laughed out of squads later; I advise against it. (YES) You wouldn't need to be here asking this kind of question.

Right? Almost as annoying as constant catshops lagging up the servers.

To be honest, I tend to assume (and am rarely proven wrong) the ones with extreme gear are the ones who can't play a lick. I've been playing for 3 years and have barely managed to acquire two pieces of gear +10 (weapons of course, on bm and seeker) and the rest +5 also shared between bm and seeker through account stash…

Yeah, it would really suck if people had to, ya know, return to the ways of learning how to play their class, making balanced squads, and using teamwork and friendship to accomplish mutual goals. Those were some of the worst aspects of this game.
-
In some cases, this means you have your settings tuned to 'Best Performance' or otherwise set low. Try tweaking the ingame system menu, UI Tab.

Here's the thing, folks: Just never (or never EVER, if that helps) trust anything that is not a direct link from the PWE homesite. Obviously the forums should be excluded because anyone can post what they wish there. Also, never trust ANYONE that you don't know in the real world (Attn: meeting someone online and talking to…

The simplest consideration is this, I believe: Sharding for hp only, ignoring other shards, will basically amplify your stronger defenses while not doing too much for the defenses you are lacking. This is the reason a lot of casters die quickly in a situation such as RB Delta (especially Wizards in Dragon's Breath), if…

That I do not know, but I would assume it's off your accuracy itself. Say an enemy has high enough evasion that you already hit, say 70% chance. Making it a solid 4/5 hits would actually increase it to 80%, if the mechanics somehow force a 1/5 miss rate. To be honest, I'm not an expert in coding, just have a decent…

20% is 20% . (1000 base acc + 100% from 2x Sign of Frost: Chaos = 2000) x0.8 = 1600 (1000 base acc x0.8 = 800) +100% " " = 1600

I haven't really tested this, but I assume it is for all PvE, anywhere on any map. It seems to be pretty decent gear, if used only in PvE. I suspect it's your new "Starter Gear", and foresee the level cap being removed or at least raised. People already hyper to 95+ in a week as it is, and it's become the rule rather than…

You're supposed to at least change the immediately apparent name of the link to something we all don't immediately know is pron. Even then, anyone with half a brain will mousehover it and peep their info bar to see what it really is. I would say "Nice try," but it's not.

I've told a few people I know in-game and out-, that for once I was impressed by an expansion. I've had my issues with the way PWE runs things, but I do have to concede that they seem to be at least trying to learn from/fix their mistakes. Time will tell how it pans out, but any successful business realizes that longevity…

I have, in fact, noticed this as well. It's not a huge difference, but I don't really recall missing many attacks before on my Seeker, and on the first day of the new patch I do recall having a handful of misses close enough together to raise an eyebrow. I simply assumed it was because the mobs in Morai are a little…

The reason Gamers don't like the idea of major CS users is because of what you are enabling the gaming industry to become. Gaming is considered by many to be somewhat of a recreational sport; CS abuse is the equivalent of steroid abuse. What happens to an athlete that gets caught using performance-enhancing drugs? They get…

Most of these new skills are dependent on Soulforce for effectiveness. Soulforce is calculated from your Character Level and total gear refines. A low level character with low refines will not get to appreciate them as much as a high-level character with higher refines. This is a PWE game, after all. Did you think they…

Assassins, of course, it was written from the beginning, and I'll tell you why: the new character classes were never meant to be balanced. They were shrewdly calculated to be OP, because PWE wants to nudge every spender that has already built a character into re-spending for another, and the best way to do that is to make…

In your game settings, you probably have Customizations turned off, or are using 'Best Performance' mode.
