Leveling isn't hard just boring if you don't utilize every option offered in the game. You can get many buff and effect that makes enemy stronger = more exp, exp increase by winning in court, collecting useful citizen to live in your item world, gather felony, equipment intimacy, abusing geo panel, tamer creature exp, and…

Some people use oracle if they don't want to bother with squad... probably they have patience of disgaea players (Lv 9999, infinite dungeon floor, infinite grind)

Or you can just grind irl doing all those boring job or fun if you are one of those who lucky to get your dream or easy job with high paycheck. Charge some zen then convert it to in game coins, easy + help you gaining irl experience in case you want to change job someday or saving funds for making a big family or irl…

Every mmorpg will become easier and more easier as it getting older. The same with new sequel of offline games, they getting easier with every new sequel. To the point they change completely from their origin > to something else... that old fans hate.. or complains a lot..

The map are big but not detailed, many are empty and the world only split to some area not interesting if you want to explore the lore and world secret... single player RPG are often better at this...
