if your drivers are updated then make sure your sound drivers are enabled...turn your card on.

It can take up to a week for a reply. Most of the time around 3 days.

When logged in click on the "System" button then click on "Customize Hotkeys". Then you need to go through all the customizable hotkeys and figure out how you want to map out your keys for your playstyle. Play around with it and have fun. If you mess it up too much just hit the default button.

GMs either can't or just don't want to help with tech problems. Most of the replies I've seen were from players with the very few added comments from GMs...they are going to ask for a dxdiag and a hackthis file. Your best bet is to submit a ticket man. that's not a different language...that looks like random characters from a character map...I got no clue what that's even supposed to represent. You're going to need an actual technicians help with this one.

Deleting user data will not delete your players in the game. It only deletes your saved preferences like your HUD and which server you currently have selected to log into. It has nothing to do with your actual characters.

Well there is a problem directly related to soundcard issues. If you have disabled your soundcard driver then the game will crash when you use a spell. If you simply don't have a soundcard or it is fried but the driver is still enabled then I'm not sure. Saitada said that he disabled his driver when his soundcard got fried…

Lol I was bored and cant find anything else to do since PWI aint workin for me so I decided to try my luck at makin a forum game...but yea you got the right idea.

If everyone could please follow these instructions that has this problem and submit a ticket to PWI maybe they will be able to fix the problem.

Read the OP and the date started. This started well before this new patch for some people. It's not a lag issue. It has something to do with the new patch. No matter what day or time of day I log in I get disconnected when I move or cast a spell. Sometimes if I wait long enough I get disconnected. Usually within 30 seconds.

Um...I'm overseas on a deployment. When I get home in a few weeks we'll see if I still have this issue. If I do I'm quitting PWI.

Guess I'll do the same...we're grown ups here. Lol

Yeah even did a rollback. But the sound issue isn't the concern here...
