crash to desktop+dxdiag

the game crashes to desktop when i log in to my character, without any error
message

    its started to crash when i installed update to my directx

    and i did read that stickie and i did everything i can to uninstall then reinstall
    the sound drivers and even tried to disable them but nothing is not keeping from
    the game to work properly
    so i posted a topic with my dxdiag
    and thats for a reason.
