Finally found how to stop this. I looked for it before and either missed it, or it was added in a more recent update. Either way, here's how to stop it: Open Razer Synapse, go to "Chroma Apps." At the top, click "OFF", stopping any games from being able to access your settings.

We built the Lumberyard, then Farm, then Marketplace, and are now working toward upgrading the Guild Hall to Rank 2.
