I agree not everyone is, however, a vastly larger population of the player population does and that the lack of it creates significant problems down the road. That's simply reality.
This would be accurate if not for the extreme limitations on foundry loot. As it stands, aside from your dailys, there is no incentive to run the Foundry at cap.
It's about the journey for you but that doesn't mean it is for everybody. I've played exactly one day a week since open beta began and have two capped characters. That's a huge flaw. They didn't give **** to me for free.
For the love of whatever diety or none, add a tab for collectibles/enhancements. I get you want to sell bags, I will buy them but there is simply too much going on inventory wise. Abolish the seal system. It can't be more worthless. There is no disagreement because it is the truth
PVP is always a joke in a non-PVP game. As it should be. Though I do agree with the poster above me regarding the crying about clouds of steel. I'm not exp'd at PvP in this game and even I can find that pesky TR using Cloud instantly. Apparently a mod and some of the playerbase lack common problem solving skills (old…
That was a 2005-2006 game at launch. If anything, the MMO design industry learns from the past mistakes. A 2013 game has no excuse for failing this basic exercise. And to follow up on your later post, yes it is embarrassing for Cryptic to not have a 3 point trade system. But then again, maybe it IS beyond their capability…
Very true, however the interface in this game allows for anyone to scam. Point of fact, DDO initially in 2006 had this very issue and solved it rather rapidly with a 3 point trade interface. It's not remotely difficult and shouldn't be a point at all at this stage considering it was pointed out a million times during every…
Limited theory crafting. DDO had this right at one point, allowing respect of enhancements once every 3 days for plat, then added in paying for more. DDO has plummeted in game value but it did four things correctly, class diversification, the LFG system, the ability to repeat real content (no variants of kill/collect/visit…
I can appreciate the reference to 4e and realize of course that it was designed for MMOs. It is not DnD and WotC realized that quickly with the upcoming edition of 5. Personally, a return to a hybrid of 3-3.5 would be great, just don't let Turbine, Cryptic, or Activision touch it.
