If you've ever read Dev tracker then you'd know It's NOT WAI. "Faithful: Agent of the Divine: The heal from this feat is now clamped and cannot exceed the target's Maximum HP."
http://pastebin.com/0fdPmymx Shadowy Opportunity is definitely doing more dmg than 75% weapon dmg. It does 2000+ dmg (after mitigation) consistently but 75% wep dmg should only be about 700-800.
Thanks for proving us wrong. I'm not knowledgeable enough in math (not math major here) to understand much of what you're doing so I'd take your word for it. Shouldn't you be spending time on your dissertation instead of analyzing a game though :)?
Exaltation is our sole effective life saver, DON'T RUIN IT. Suggestions: - Feat Prestigious Exaltation: Divine exaltation now grants damage and control immunity for 0.6/1.2/1.8/2.4/3 seconds (give it 15 secs CD). - Bring back blue bubble visual effect.
Wild medicine will get nerfed, not sure about the life steal feats. WM doesn't actually heal much compared to life steal, which heals HR to full in 1 rotation. Devs are just so clueless as always.
Enchants like thunderhead, fireburst etc. are just beyond useless in both PvE and PvP, I'd rather use a lesser soulforged than the perfect versions of those.
SW's harrowstorm prone only lasts 2 secs on players and it is the only effective CC they have. GWF's stun lasts 3 second (without tenacity) in case you didn't know. If you lose 1v1 against a SW then I'm sorry you really need to learn to play.
I don't see why you'd get offended by what @godhric said. Anyway, no one is forcing you to go mainstream, but the fact is that high prophet is arguably the best option for PvE. You're just like a hipster who chooses to use a typewriter instead of a computer because you don't wanna go mainstream, how pathetic.
Bug Agent of the Divine: Still exceeds max HP, and it disappears when out of combat (If this is WAI then I see no practical use for this feat). Suggestions Exaltation: Bring back dmg immunity (to empowered or divine with CD) and the blue bubble visual effect. Divine Astral Shield: Give it visual effect. Divine Fortune:…
Question: 1) Agent of Divine: After the health pool reaches my Max HP, do I heal still heal 25% less or not? Suggestion: 1) Please buff Divine Fortune, 15% isn't going to help much, especially how we need to gain divinity quickly for empowered stacks. Suggestion: 33% per stack. Alternatively, let us gain it from using…
Suggestions: 1) Bring back Healing Step. I'm begging you!! (Make it a heroic feat <3333) - need it coz of Astral shield + exaltation nerf :) 2) Bring back Healing Step. I'm begging you!! (Make it a heroic feat <3333) - need it coz of Astral shield + exaltation nerf :) 3) Bring back Healing Step. I'm begging you!! (Make it…
This has been reported numerous times over the past year, I have personally sent panderus pms multiple times regarding this issue, they simply don't give a s***
"Edit: Also, keep in mind that damage is subtracted from health, not multiplied by it. " --- sorry typo, the plot is correct tho. 1) Why can't I compare the two? They both have exact same GS. Both originally have base 20k HP & 30% DR, one is given 2500 GS worth of HP (10k HP) and the other is given 2500 Defense (25% DR).…
I'll show you why HP is FAR superior to Defense/Deflect. 1) Armor pen, debuff and unmitagable damage (glyphs, HR's piercing blade etc) negate defense. 2) 1% defense > 1% deflect at 50% deflect severity + deflect has low soft cap, so deflect is bad 3) Let's pretend that armor pen, debuff and unmitagable damage don't exist…
You forgot to include these into the "fee to queue for PvP" : 1) Perfect vorpal + perfect barkshield/soulforged =~20-30M 2) r10s * 12 = ~40-50M 3) Legendary artifacts * 3 = ~15M for upgrade 100M is the real cost of the fee to participate in PVP But you know what, I'm 100% sure you can earn those by simply "playing the…
"Gear is earned over time" --- This is PLAIN WRONG. I can buy rank 10s, perfect wep/armor enchantments, upgrade all my artifacts to legendary on the same day, I can even buy relics to get all my dread ring boons right away. That's also unfair to people without maxed out gears, should we just disable the use of enchantments…
