Bunch of suggestion that might be helpful for Neverwinter.

1.Implement draw backs (specially on HP), should be different on every class and if they get pass the cap, players should suffer in return, like lessen damage percentage. This way people cannot go high off and high def at the same time. Draw backs are part pf DnD/Neverwinter game play.

2. Buff the other Weapon Enchantments so players will have broader option, e.g. Terror should have higher damage additive to the character, Bilethron should have higher damage additive and DoT, one that can really make a difference, Frost enchant should have higher additive damage as well and slows opponent hence the name frost and so on.

3. Remove the cooldown on some of the Armor Enchantments that relies on percentage, cooldowns are good for armor enchants like soulforged, but others that relies on percentage should not suffer the same faith, this way players will use other forms of enchantments to mix things up. (you can lower the percentage of activating it but remove the cooldown)

4. Damage Over Time should be noticeable, right now if you use DoT on PVP you can only see it ticking for 50damage per tick or sometimes lower, it wont do much with players with 30k++ HP's or even players with 20k++hp. Give it a buff and give us more DoT skills specially the rogue.

5. Control Wizards should have lesser skill power damage, so that they cant just control and melt mobs at the same time. If they want a path to DPS, their control skills should suffer this means, +DPS -Control, +Control -DPS.

6. Deflection severity should be removed, you already have a deflection percentage, it won't be OP because if people are gonna stack this stat, I am certain that they will suffer on different aspect of their stats OFF/DEF. Plus if the HP cap is implemented its going to be more viable. This way you give the squishy classes the chance they deserve for sacrificing STR for DEX/CHA.

7.Ressurect the Tenebrous Enchanment, what it is today is totally useless, Proc with your current HP, can now be deflected/mitigate, plus the 17secs cooldown. To make this enchantment usable again just lower the cooldown and people will start thinking again.

8. Great Weapon Fighters unstoppable should be revised, they should'nt allowed to use healing potion, healing artifact or any kind of healing while on this stage. They already have temporary HP, Added Damage reduction, Higher Attack rate, Higher AP Gain any many more, they should not be allowed to be healed or use any kind of healing.

9. Guardian Fighters should get better armor sets.

And that is all folks... for now :D

    Yes to buffing some wep and armor enchants.
    No to everything else in your post.
