1, as per ROC no naming and shaming. Not allowed to say who it was, he's already been reported. 2. Was in PvP Domination map. 3. Mount doesn't matter, rank1 takes 3 hits in 5 seconds to dismount, rank3 takes 5 hits. Cloud of Steel throws out all 12 hits within 5 seconds (just retimed it to make doubly sure), enough to…
100? it's not. 450 -> 550 dmg? Big whoop. Our at wills still hit like a wet noodle. WMS with no buff is still infinitely better than Wicked with buff. And SS is better as a single target skill than wicked is an aoe skill. The only reason to ever even put a point in wicked strike would be if you're going Instigator, which…
Let's take a closer look at the things the balance patch changed about GWFs: *1-2 off cooldowns on skills no one uses - check *skill bug fixes - check *utility improvements for underused skills - check *feat bug fixes for threat - check Oh look *Sure Strike and Wicked Strike dmg increased (about 100 points) Apart from the…
I still see dmg getting (resisted) despite having almost 28% arpen -- haven't changed enchants since the con/dex change. Is it that 24% is not the most resistance from mobs or that you cannot take it down to 0%?
Cool, glad more updates keep coming in. Is it possible to make future updates in the master patch notes list a different color instead of just tacked on?
No. Well... How unbalanced? No. Yes. Sort of but not really. Whenever I trade I look to make at least 10k AD in my favor per trade after any ah fees, minimum. Usually in small things that trade quickly, that people want and continually trade up for more valuable things. Do I care that they could have just as easily gotten…
Let them then. !@#$. At least with the proposed changes they'd be wasting their own time as well instead of getting rewarded for it with the current system.
The last two cons only become an issue to people who would use the system incorrectly. Greed would still leave the item BoE and the change would push people from rolling need on items they really don't need. Items propperly won by greed would still end up on the AH. Same incentives to run dungeons as there are now: delves,…
Sorry. Haven't seen many* is what I meant to say, at least in comparison to the other. May have missed a couple pages, but some of the responses are painfully terrible.
Good lord, the number of dense, possibly illiterate, unable to comprehend hypothetical situations, !@#$ stupid people in this thread is staggering. I've not seen a single argument against need being class restricted, it should be. But that by itself doesn't and won't fix the problem. I'm really not sure how some people…
On the PTS: Went up against a GWF who had lifedrinker and bloodtheft (may have been greater) enchants and who was prioritizing regen, lifesteal and either defense or deflection. He was **** near unkillable. Definitely and interesting route to go. Would love to give it a try if I could get the funds to do it proper.
If people were that shortsighted to roll need on a bop that would sell for thousands to millions of AD for 1g60s then there's something wrong with them. Hell, you could sell it for way more gold to other players. Sure making need BoP wouldn't completely solve the ninja problem, but it would at least keep them from making…
It does no such thing. Or you didn't explain it very well why it would... Having need set BoP would strongly push people towards greeding things they don't actually need and just want to sell.
As much as I want to do that to test now, why... I don't need 2 respec tokens once the patch hits-- hopefully. I suppose amassing the ad to respec feats and copying multiple times will suffice for now. Still think it's silly that you can't easily do it for free to test things given that it's the test server -.-'
He doesn't grant the title; at least not for killing him in the Epic dungeon. Haven't tried it in the normal version. Good Luck figuring out how to get to him now, as far as I can tell you aren't meant to currently.
With the current fix: Let's say I'm playing a CW, and am already fully geared t2 and CN wpn set. If I'm the only one in a group for a CN run and the cw wpn drops, guess who get's it? I can roll need, and there's nothing deterring me from doing so just to resell the weapon for myself. How does this fix the ninja looting…
