Currently yes, I have it in my inventory. I think it might be that I never actually completed the Delta Recruitment Mission. I got as far as actually getting the transponder in my inventory, but then logged out. So I am still on the "Delta Recruitment" mission with the next objective being "head to the Festival".

As I understand it, He is similar to the Joined vs Unjoined Trill. They are visually the same, but there are some stats in the Vanguard that are a little bit better then the standard Jem'hadar. Would be nice if I dev could verify it though.

Well, Dictator might be a stretch. We will see. But I did find the whole "Odo's Vanguard" thing weird. Since he never really liked the whole Genetically engineered aspect of either the Vorta or Jem'Hadar.

So, sorry if this has already been asked, but Visually is there any difference between the Jem'Hadar Vanguard and Jem'Hadar Warrior species? Or is it like the Joined/unjoined Trill, where visually they are the same but with different racial traits?

Given that the Cardassians are not a seperate Faction, like the romulans, my guess is No. You are just making another KDF/Starfleet character, so you will be using their tutorials. It is just that now, you can make a Cardassian.

Will we be getting the Cardassian uniforms? That is really my only concern. After that, I am cool with Playable Cardassians being allied with Fed/KDF. Admittedly, I would have rather had a Cardassian Union faction, but I can live without it, if I get their uniforms for my Cardassian.
