Yes, but unpacked and bound are two distinct states... Since the announcement only states bound weapons will not change, some clarification may be needed here - though, I guess we'll find out tomorrow anyway...

Not a bad system, it's just assignments with ships... I feel the repair times should scale based on the length of the mission however (12+hours for a 15 minute mission, which is the same repair time as a 20 hour mission, is a little silly IMO)...

Issues with consoles sets also applies to the Winter Event ships... Anyone who got the carrier last year (for example), but not the previous ships (for what ever reason) will be unable to complete the set due to this... This will only be exacerbated if this year's ship extends, or modifies, the preexisting set further...…

Great, so they're 'retiring' a series of ships with inter-connected consoles forming a set... If you don't have them all, so much for forming the console set... When, if ever, are we likely to see some sort of 'last chance' event to gain those event ships people have missed out on?

I have to wonder if the people who make these demands take their car to a panel beater, in order to fix a problem with the engine (without so much as even describing what the problem is what's more), as that's essentially what they're demanding by wanting graphics artists to fix programming code?

Yep, same issue... Loading gets to about 97-98%, then just stops dead for easily 5-10 minutes... I can ALT+F4, reload and relog in quicker than STO loads up the promenade on it's own... Odd thing is if I ALT+F4 and relog in, I'll load straight onto the promenade (as if I've logged out there) without problems, despite not…

Having a very similar issue since the update to Windows 10... Popping sound when first starting, about 20-30% through the initial loading screen... I however am yet to experience anything that would require me to restart the game, let alone the computer as a whole... I already had voice chat disabled...

To my understanding, it will only if Cryptic have actually been working to update the graphics engine to take advantage of the new DX12 features... I wouldn't bet on it myself...

This proposal will only add more power creep... If the entire game was rebalanced, perhaps this would be a good idea, but I really can't see Cryptic investing the time and resources to do that...

I actually agree with you to an extent - though my main character's Spec Point acquisition has not been too bad, it has resulted in me spending far less time playing alts, due to the increasing time required to 'max' a character, that the ever moving character development goal…

Well, that thought had crossed my mind also... However, given that it was only 1 per week (per entire account) and they are not being awarded for re-running the latest Feature Episode (unless that's a bug), they're not going to address the problem...

I know for a fact I've never played Champions Online, yet apparently I'm a 'Champions Online User'... Hell, I go into my games list (in my account details) and STO is the only game listed there, so it really makes no sense where the forums have even picked up Champions...
