To expand on this; the recommended minimum is 70 because at that is the level of the first TT armour sets. Having all four pieces with matching requirements reduces the effort involved to the point that it becomes more manageable. That said, 70~89 goes by pretty quickly, so unless you're quite obstinate*, you may as well…

As everyone has already mentioned, it's perfectly fine. I'll elaborate a bit though: People often focus too much on the IP issue for identifying themselves when gaming. If you were simply accessing a website, then you would have little more identifying information than the IP address. However, Perfect World is of course…

Said skills are special, and are learned by acquiring the skillbook from the forges in Thousand Streams, rather than from the trainer. Requires: - 20 Apocalypse Pages - 10 Medium Ink (these only come from NPC, 105k each) Once you have the book in your possession, go back to the trainer and it will appear in the list. I…

The mobs named Shadow Ranger hatch into the pet known as Dark Wanderer, so your confusion is understandable. Image, Growth Chart, Skills, and Coordinates.

Don't remember where I first learned it. Probably either ingame or off this forum. You'll find it's correct for most skills, though. (Some notable exceptions exist such as Pounce: I(20), II(80-max).

Depends on the skill, but in most cases: Skill Level - Pet Level I - 1 II - 20 III - 40 IV - 60 V - 80

Heavy Veno isn't really very crazy. The reason it works is because a considerable portion of a Venomancer's total damage output comes from their pet. These monstrosities though... Words fail me.

There's a few spider species in PW, but unfortunately none of them are tameable.

... like I said...?

Don't know where you got that impression. I just stated some basic facts about pet skills. If I wanted to be sarcastic I would have replied with something like: Reflect is a very common pet skill, you should have no trouble finding it for very cheap on auction house.
-
Common pet skills may be bought from Mr. and Mrs. Zoologist in Archosaur, at rather high prices. Both common and "rare" pet skills (like Reflect) are potential loot from chests in the weekly Dragon Temple Raider event. These usually find their way to the auction house, where prices are (typically) cheaper than from NPC.…

A short and slightly oversimplified response: Part of the reason Blademasters and Barbarians can do damage with melee weapons isn't because of STR; it's because those classes can train Mastery skills for their weapons, which greatly boost their damage. The mastery skills for Venomancers are Wood Mastery, which boosts…

It will guarantee you many wonderful and amazing Sage veno skills (eg. Soul Degen, particularly). But it also guarantees that you will be spending money on some of the less effective, commonly ignored, and lower-valued skills as well (eg. Crush Vigor). Much like Dragon Orbs, if you feel the investment is worth the…

Somehow I have the suspicion you've only looked at their attack values and have neglected the fact that the phoenix has a 1 Hz attack speed while the sawfly has only 0.6 Hz attack speed. Consequentially, a sawfly ten levels higher than a phoenix is still only doing 60% of the phoenix's damage per second. This is ignoring…

My personal dislike is that while reading a thread, you're receiving small nuggets of useful information, then there are massive chasms in between, due to the excessive signatures. Case in point. If an option were added (as I mentioned previously) to only display individuals' signatures in their first post in a thread, it…
-
I'd support a considerably shorter limit, as the OP described. ~ OR ~ Another common technique to deal with this, which might be worth mentioning: Signature only appears in the individual's first post in a thread. Sometimes this is also combined with making sigs visible only to users who are logged in. EDITED

I should note that the Seamonster Guardian actually has a higher raw DPS (atk * attacks/sec) than both the Varicose Scorpion and Hercules. That said, it has lower accuracy, and pretty feeble physical defence. Its magic defence is good though, and it has a decent movement speed. Also, since it only comes with Flesh Ream and…

This mistake popped up in the patch previous to this one, and to the best of my knowledge is simply a text description error. That said, I catshop all the boxes so I haven't tested it firsthand. They still sell for a premium though.

While not "pretty", I think the Seamonster Guardian is pretty nifty looking. (Pictures)

Making a sweeping generalization here, but Heavy and HA/AA builds aren't typically adopted for PVE. They're adopted for PVP purposes. Not that the PVE side really matters though. At the end of the day, so long as a Venomancer meets three conditions for PVE: - Pet Heal recovers faster than pet loses HP - Pet cannot be…

In point of fact, it's possible alot earlier, the main problem which makes it not worth the effort early on is that your new armour sets are spread across six levels. This makes it more work to collect the bonuses and distribute stats to make the set work. The earliest it's feasible is Lv.70, due to the appearance of TT…

A few memorable ones for me: * Sage Venomous Scarab: 50k * Threaten Pet Scroll: 10k

The high-contrast white is a bit... overbearing for the primary text colour, in my opinion. You also have a typo of Flesh Ream in the text. (side note: don't know why so many people write "realm"... perhaps it's simply because "realm" is a word which is used far more often) Seems to offer a decent overview on the subject…

Thanks for the confirmation of the correct/acceptable way to submit a transparency-enabled logo. Much appreciated. b:thanks

This is the correct answer. You can attack anything you want with an air pet, but if you notice your target stops fighting back, you should recall your pet and send in back in at a different angle. So long as you send in your pet from a fairly low angle of attack you should have no problems, though. As for the OP, it was…
