I requested 16 random dyes from the dq point page on friday, the 8k points disappeared but now, 3 days later, I still haven't received my random dyes. Could I and the others with the same problem please get an answer for when we will get them? (not 'just wait a few hours', I've waited for 3 days already)

You can resquad, I've done it several times, but just be sure that the one who was leader before you dced is the leader of the new squad too. If you're not sure who was leader, then solo it yes. But you should NEVER change lead during MQ.
