I kinda look at it this way, with decent refines and HP you can pretty much solo the majority of this game. No real effort needed (especially as a sin).

HP. My sin at lvl 90 w/o barb buffs has 4.1k unbuffed. Which is very useful in all sin frost runs so I don't die too often. Then I give him barb buffs and bam, he can demon spark tank Slash boss in frost and **** off all the other sins x3

In total, since I know my pack luck sucks balls i've only opened in th 200-500 range. That is since they where first put out.

Yeah this happens every now and then. Along with this you will notice that instead of having "World", "Guild", etc next to the chat it will be back to how before that was implemented. Easiest solution is to log to char screen and back in.

Yeah that sounds about right for Heaven's Tear also. At least from what I remember the last time I logged into it. Refine wise...considering current orb sale and the fact most get to +2/+3 with mirages first, it wouldn't be too much.
