Strength Cap/Gear question

Just need to know what to cap my str at. Also I'm using TT70 chest piece but still have my rank 6 chest. I'm being told to continue using rank 6 chest until 80-90. But also being told ot use TT70 chest. I'm confused b:surrender. Thanks

    Interval use the lvl 60 rank chest until you reach 90 and can upgrade to the lvl 90 rank chest (both give -.05 int)


    As for str....truthfully just get enough that you can use NV/Warsoul Helm (whichever you plan to use end-game), and if your end-game gear gives you decent str boost check and see what amount of str you can stop at and still have your end-game gear.

    If you have +str gear/tome, you can stay pure.
    I have 3 str under pure dex actually and wear a warsoul helm.

    I have pure and can still wear warsoul. Atm im on my fone this wat I use for gear are

    H&T+6
    Skywalker legs and feet +3
    General bracers+3
    Rank 7 body+3
    Warsoul+3
    And pure build when I got general bracers and lvl 91 I was able yo wear it now with,i have like 125 around there
