+1 I seem to be having the same problems as well

i think its suppose to be a system where all the characters on the same server ( not sure about cross servers) share the same bank, this way you can transfer non-tradable/ non-droppable items amongst your character

Exactly what the description say, for amount of time listed on the pill , you will have a pumpkin as your head until the pill wears off. Fairly useless, unless you like having a pumpkin as a head
