I'm a fist/axe Bm and i was wondering if someone could list all the gears and weapons available that would -interval

    TT80 gold bracers

    DQ bracers (light has 0.05 more than heavy)

    some cape that probably isn't out yet.

    lunar claws

    FC gold fists

    TT100 fists

    There's probably much more but these are the ones that came to mind.

    you could try www.pwcalc.ru/pwi to find out how these items affect your atk/sec.

    Include TT90 heavy wrists... TT99 heavy wrists.. and TT99 heavy 2-piece interval bonus.

    Also Love Up and Down tome has -9.05 interval bonus

    Wing Trophy: Lunar Glade has a cape with -0.05 interval bonus

    A new cape that will be craftable in Lunar will also have -0.05 interval bonus.


    You can also create OHT past gear with =0.05 interval... if you're extremely lucky you might be able to get 3 on one piece, though I've yet to see anything like that yet.

    By the way, for the T99 heavy 2 part bonus, if you get the bracers for 1 part then will you get the - interval from both the bracers and the 2 piece bonus?

    To Calculate Attack Speed:
    - Easy way: use pwcalc and make the character you are envisioning.
    - Manual way:
    __ - Find your current attack speed based on your current weapon / planned weapon.
    __ - Read this guide, and figure out your corresponding attack interval.
    __ - Find your new attack interval based on the extra -interval gear you plan on obtaining or currently have.
    __ - Convert that attack interval into the corresponding attack speed.

    To Calculate DPS:
    - Go to pwcalc and make the character you are envisioning.
    - Find the damage range and the crit percentage.
    - Calculate 4 values:
    __ - Average Damage Per Hit
    __ - Average Damage Per Hit w/ Crit = DPH * (1+Crit%)
    __ - Average Damage Per Second = DPH * Attack Speed
    __ - Average Damage Per Second = DPS * (1+Crit %)

    Repeat this for all the weapons you are interested in. It should end up looking like this: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=531412

    Doing this has a little bit of rounding error, as the attack speed in the char menu is rounded to 2 decimal places. However, that should be acceptable if you are just trying to compare weapons.

    Things get a lot more complicated if you want the DPS / DPH with skills and sparked mixed in. I have not really delved into that.

    Reduces the delay between attacks, allowing you to attack more often so you hit more times per second so you do more damage per second.

    -.45 total

    1/1.43 = .6993007
    .6993007-.45 = .2493007
    1/.2493007 = 4.011 ~ 4aps

    Close, just not quite 5. With sage spark though at least you'd have some extra defense along with that nasty atk rate. Would be good for making up the lack of M.def with or w/o marrow

    With the said gear (without LA ornaments) I currently have 3.33/sec normal and 5/sec in demon spark. I dont think there is a way you can get 5/sec without demon spark unless they come out with more gear with interval like interval rings b:shocked Also I think 5/sec was cap? As in even if you attained more interval gear your atk speed wont go above 5/sec ever.

    Sage BM's can get to 5 attacks per second but they will have to use a genie skill or cyclone heel. Just takes more -interval gear.

    But that's completely possible. It's true that nobody has -0.15 interval bracers yet, but like I said, you can make one.
