what are pumpkinhead pills what do they do???

    Exactly what the description say, for amount of time listed on the pill , you will have a pumpkin as your head until the pill wears off. Fairly useless, unless you like having a pumpkin as a head

    There have been rumours that they increase your 'luck' - for things like crafting and drop-rates.

    I stress, that these are only rumours, but might let you sell the pills for more. (They won't work on the untamed classes)

    in my honest opinion, they are rubbish. I'd sell to an NPC or if you can find another player to sell for more.

    It's just a fun little gag gift item, really.
