Free Zen Offers Not Appearing?

So, today I got to level 10, and I was like, "Yay! I can buy stuff now but I'm gonna do offers because I'm poor!"
When I got to the offer page there was nothing there, except a thing saying "Stop Read this first" and a bunch of text below. Under that there was an image of a Gambit logo and nothing else. I've tried going to the page in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, so I'm guessing it's not a browser problem.

Am I doing something wrong to not have the offers appear?

    It's been a while since it's worked for me either. I hope they put it back, since I can't get Zen any other way right now.
