I started having crashing issues on the 12/30 after the game all of a sudden decided to start in windowed mode instead of fullscreen for some odd reason. While trying to sort that out the game at one point only displayed in one quarter of the screen. I finally went into the gamepref file and manually set it to fullscreen…
When I get anywhere along the rocks that border the Monsters on Ice event area from the campfire by the gate down to the first two ice fishing holes next to the wall I experience a huge drop in fps. I'm normally getting in the upper 40s to mid-50's but along that section of the rocks it drops down to the upper teens to low…
They need to implement either race changing or companion unbinding and since it was stated by zsparkes in a recent Q&A on raptr that unbinding companions was no longer in the plans, the race change is a must. I'm not going to throw away companions that I can no longer get just because I want my character to be the race…
Yes, I've been experiencing this as well... flickering as well as flashing red and/or green textures. Are you running with DX11? I was but it was causing me to crash so I changed it back to DX9 and I don't seem to see the flickering and flashing now... at least not as much to be memorable. The XP bar still flickers a lot…
I've been experiencing almost the exact same thing. When using DX11 my screen will randomly go black with a Windows 7 loading circle cursor, then after a few seconds it will go white, then after a few more it goes back to black then will eventually pop up with the "This Program Has Stopped Responding" box. This started in…
I totally did not see the reclaim tab. I must be blind... and stupid! Thanks for pointing out the obvious! I found it amusing that both your names start with "vamp". :)
I've been getting a lot of random texture flashing where items will turn white or red and/or green momentarily. Upon loading into Blacklake all the icons above the NPCs heads were white for the first second or so. It's not game-breaking by any means but it is really annoying. I never experienced these problems in any of…
I've had this happen in the first section of the tutorial the past two beta weekends. The fire on the campfire is also missing as well as the flash when you level. Some of the particle effects in that mini-zone are not working correctly.
It was working again after the maintenance but broke again when I tried a filter. Zoning did not fix it and neither did logging, although I was only logged off for a minute so that may not have been long enough to reset it. I can find stuff by entering the name, or part of it. That does seem to override the filter issue. I…
You can manually save them with the following command: /bind_save_file mykeys.txt It will save them to a file called mykeys.txt or whatever you want to call it in your game folder. You can load it again by using: /bind_load_file mykeys.txt You can use this to copy keybinds between characters without having to manually bind…
I agree they are annoying. Make them stay shut until I open them again or at least let me assign a key to toggle them with so I don't have to alt+click to close them.
I noticed on the tooltip that kits now say they only have a 65% chance of working. I don't recall that from the previous weekend and I never had a kit fail then where I have had them fail this weekend, so I believe they've been changed.
OK, thanks. I've had this account for a while and converted my CO login to this one when it changed over but it's the first time logging into this forum I think so that may be why. I'll just give it a few days then. I think they should go with one bag per character. ;)
I can't make new thread yet (how long do I have to wait?) so I'll put this here. When the Founder Packs were first announced I thought I saw mentioned on one website that the Small Bag of Holding in the Hero of the North pack was one per character whereas the Starter Pack was just one per account but now I can't seem to…
