I don't think you are familiar enough with state of the game as is - there are uncontrollable number of bots farming & spamming chat channels every 15 seconds. This would further encourage and reward bots farming.

Ok, do [Aquamarine], [Flawless Sapphire], & [Black Opal] give the same RP to my [Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue] as they do Artifact Equipment? My Aurora is at the point where it requires me to put in [Greater Mark of Potency] and I do not have it right now that's why I cannot test anything by myself.

I guess I should reword a bit here: If I want to level my [Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue] as fast as possible, by my self, what should I equip? (Dragon Hoard or Fey Blessing?)

Thank you, so basically i need to do this on both characters? And just 1 more thing.. these Class Artifacts, once acquired, can a player discard them then reclaim them like Account Wide Zen Mounts?

I still don't get it. If the feat is supposed to add 25% then how come each player get -17% to -18%?
