Is Broadhead Arrows Feat Bug only affecting ME?

I found it's rather strange how HR Bugs List (http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?787111-List-of-mod-5-%28preview%29-HR-bugs) which was created half a year ago has 0 mention of this bug...
Does anyone else have this bug?

I never noticed anything like that. And I'm 99% of the time in ranged stance.

Full Archery Feats too? wow, this might be single person bug..

Yes, full archery. Have all rank 3&4 feats.
