I've seen mentions of a Foxbat IOU on the forum, but can't figure out how to get one. Care to share? Also I know that inspecting the costumes gives "Costume Collector" title, but what about the IOU perk?
Both aura slot packs unlock both always on AND in-combat aura slots. The three pack unlocks three of each. You don't have to purchase the always-on and in-combat slots separately.
Yup. Took me completing it three times on three different instances post-maintenance for the Open Mission Perk to take -- just adds frustration onto frustration.
Confirmed; just had this happen on Round 7. We cleared the arena and the game acted as if there were more mobs to be killed. Timer ran down, we lost. I believe it was a PSI round. @bwdares: Well... still frustrating to constantly sink, but, I suppose consistency is good. Thanks for the info!
Huh... seems flying heroes slowly sink while in the arena. Weird, and kind of annoying. It's a bit strange that most of the rounds have no time limits -- and then suddenly, time limit. And in some of the waves (Qularr for sure at least once), the cutscene to start up the next round started before we'd even killed…
For what it's worth, playing through the alert a day or so ago, I ended up with 3 stacks of both positive (black icon, if I remember correctly) and negative (white icon) chi. Most of the time if the yin-yang spawns on top of me, I just move in and hold center position, because latency and lag tend to get me one-shotted if…
Yeah... Well, on the bright side, this bit of downtime will give me a chance to dig through the forum and try to figure out where the heck you go to start a race...
Gotta throw in my agreement with everyone here. I absolutely hate the trend alerts have started with autoleveling to 30. It's almost not even worth leveling to 40 since nothing supports being max level.
Might help to get a screenshot of your Settings screen - and after you've clicked on the gear icon to go to Settings, make sure you click on the Resource button that should show up next to it. Two pages to the setup, basically. Supergroup bank setup is unfortunately super un-intuitive and sort of awful. If things aren't…
I'll just be, ah, borrowing this cart. (I ran all over MC trying to find a food cart I could pick up. No dice. I guess Vendor Fury will still have to make due selling produce. Or flowers.)
Does Lemurian shape-shifting include clothes? Because I think it's kind of a shame that the shape-shifted Lemurians change to normal Lemurian clothes when they swap back to their normal lizard faces. It'd have been hilarious if they'd still been wearing their human disguise clothing, heh.
Ran this mission a few days ago, and it took ages - most boxes broken lead to no zombies, but every once in a while I'd get a box that would spawn three or four zombies. I think a lot of the issue with this mission is that the flow is so messed up - if a box is wiggling, it ought to have a zombie in. It's wiggling for a…
If I'm honest with myself, I'd just use the Foundry to make a map with various little social places that SHOULD be available - coffee shops and cafes and things from Millennium City, things like that. Good for small RPs with friends. If I got really ambitious, I could make my own custom hideout. ...I never said I was…
Do they really work with Q-boxes? I tried testing, opened a box and got just 200q. With a gear bonus, it should have been, well, more. Curious to see if anyone can report different results.
There are a few new perks that I know of. Snowball Sampling: Hit 40 people with snowballs. Snowball Strategy: Be hit by 40 snowballs. Might be others, but those are the ones I've personally received new this year.
But Bloodmoon is - just toss santa hats on the zombies and it'll be alright! ...right? (When BOTH Winter Event and Bloodmoon were on, by the way, that was the most cheerful zombie apocalypse I have ever seen. Just sayin'.)
Man, the login on the main site has been like that since the 8th when I linked. I was able to get past that by going directly to https://my.perfectworld.com/co but now even that doesn't have the same options. You guys have got to fix this, there are still unlinked accounts that need to be linked.
Trailturtle: I am trying to help my friends through this account linking process, but the instructions as written DO NOT WORK. 3. Click on "Are you a Cryptic user?" above the User Name and Password fields This option does not exist! Please help! People are going to be cut off because the process as instructed is broken.
Jasin: Changed the line as recommended, which cleared the account name field in the in-game login screen (although, curiously, NOT the launcher). However, when I logged in with my shiny new PWE account and checked "Remember my account name", when I logged back out, it filled in my OLD account name again. I double-checked…
While that fixes the launcher's login problems (so thank you for that solution!), it doesn't touch the in-game login issues. Overall, with the amount of character-switching I do, it is still a sad day.
I wonder if the now-mandatory PWE account linking will bring more attention to this problem, or maybe a solution when they (I assume) update the launcher and login screens to be PWE-exclusive on the eleventh. I for one have put off linking accounts as long as possible because I had heard of this error being so widespread…
Okay, well, that was a painful process. https://my.perfectworld.com/co Here is the shortcut link to the alternate login screen, bypassing several of the first steps in the How-To guide. However, now I am encountering the bug in which the in-game login screen refuses to remember my PWE account name. Instead it remembers to…
Monster Island has the old crafting folks in the zone-in area for vending. I think - could be wrong, though - that those are the only ones. At least, only ones I can remember right off hand. Adding these vendors makes me happy, but as others have pointed out, the area immediately around Defender is pretty well covered for…
I can confirm that I received Sean the Voodoo Doll with no problems today. However, it is still possible that, since Sean was the only drop, I was just lucky enough to not have a lockbox drop at the same time. Will report back if I come across the reported issue.
Man, I wouldn't even mind the frequency at which they drop if they hadn't changed the way looting worked - instead of having one pick-up button per drop, now you just get ONE button on the screen at a time. So if there are several drops close together (or stacked), and the one on 'top' is a takobox... you HAVE to pick it…
We've been told elsewhere that the lockboxes drop in addition to, not instead of, other drops. They do seem to drop ridiculously often, though. I spent some time farming Trey Kings in Vibora. Time: exactly 1 hour Mobs destroyed: 1311 Takoboxes: 62 UNTIL Recog: 43 Resources: 5g 43s 28l Mods (Rank 4): 20 Mods (Rank 5): 7…
I was running the overworld event stuff with a friend earlier, and she got Radion's Revenge (in lieu of an UNTIL Equipment Kit, I believe). So, yes, they're still around.
Re: Crypt Treasure Boxes It's a good way, I guess, to stock up on things like the pestilent cloud summon and whatever else used to come directly out of those chests, because I have twenty two treasure boxes and can't open any more due to getting the "You may only have one of a unique item" message.
Same from the Until Equipment Kit. I noticed that the last boss in the crypts wasn't updated for new drops - I've gotten several health and energy on kill items, and a bunch with flavor text from him. (Even though both of the crypt midbosses have been updated and drop questionite boxes, and even the glowy treasure chests…
First of all, I've been using this build (with a few minor changes: I dropped Support Drones for thematic reasons, took Gunslinger energy builder to tie in with Lead Tempest's dual pistols, and moved Concentration to second power and grabbed Implosion Engine to unlock Pulse Beam Rifle) and have been having a great time…
It appears that Dr Destroyer has taken credit for, uh, everything that had gone missing in my Lore. Unless he and Foxbat have teamed up... along with everyone else. Most of the other tabs had no content. Mechanon, Teleios, The Crowns of Krim, etc.
No... it doesn't. It shows up only for the person who uses the command - if I /playersay GREETINGS! I'm not gonna get a reply, because no one else can even see it.
Oh, wow. I read in another thread that /playersay DOES only show up for the person who uses it. That makes it... more than a little useless, especially for this. Wonder if this is working-as-intended, or a bug.
This is all very cool stuff, thanks to everyone who's posted here! One issue: I set up a set of binds using playersay, but... nobody can actually SEE the speech bubbles other than me. I had a friend type test messages with /playersay and I couldn't see her speech bubbles either. Has the behavior of /playersay changed at…
