If you're Gold, you can recolour TK Blades to look like fire, or recolour certain Heavy Weapons models to look like Ice. Burning Chi Fist and Dragon Uppercut leave fiery effects on the enemy.

If you're sick of using MSA, you could try Wind Reverb if you use Crushing Wave or Tyhpoon as your main attack. If you instead stick with Knock powers, you could use Unstoppable for some extra energy.

FWIW I use a tap of advantaged Ego Sleep to apply Fear at range, or advantaged Void Shift in melee. Quicker than using Shadow Blast, and it saves 2 advantage points. For practical desert clothing, you want loose light coloured clothing of light material that covers as much of the body as possible, you want your head covered with a hat or hood, a scarf or something you can cover your mouth and neck with, boots and eye protection.

I think you're confusing Forms with Secondary Energy Unlocks. The former only scale on the stats stated. The latter scale on the given stats, and much less so on Recovery (roughly one fifth of the gains from the dominant stat). You can find more details in Mecha-Teddy's sticked thread.

If your intention here is to use Minigun together with Chainsaw, I should warn you that while it does work (as long as you can afford the ungodly energy cost), it causes the Chainsaw graphic to just hang by the side a bit instead of punching it into your enemy. It looks kinda lame.

If you're using Overdrive, you should perhaps have SSS Rec instead of End. Overdrive scales with primarily Rec. And if you're abusing Revitalize, remember there's many tricky things you can do with cooldown abilities, like cycling Lock N Load and Immolation.
