After making a 2nd trip back to the 1st city, low and behold the dialog box poped up! Have no clue as to why it was not there before I left the first time or when I returned the 1st time! :confused: What ever the problem was at least I was able to finish the mission.

Wow-just-wow! Sorry to hear that friend, I also love the Jem'hadar weapons. Also why I just accept the goodies handouts then wait six weeks to two months before I start using a new system. Been in your boots a few times myself! :(
