Friend or Foe can not complete:

The Klingon mission Frend or Foe, I am down to the end of it, the instructions say - Go to the Vor system in the Mempa Sector of the Pi Canis Sector Block - report to K'mtar.

My ship flies to within .15 ly of Vor and nothing happend, I have tried coming at it from all angles and heights - makes no differance. I never get any sort of pop-up dialog box to interact with and I am unable to hail Klingon Hiigh command.

Also I have tried using the offical ticket system - but when I go to look at my tickets - the list is always blank. :confused:

    After making a 2nd trip back to the 1st city, low and behold the dialog box poped up!
    Have no clue as to why it was not there before I left the first time or when I returned the 1st time! :confused: What ever the problem was at least I was able to finish the mission.
