We see TOS style Gorn in the trailer, theres a good chance the TOS klingon uniform will receive a clean for the enemies you play through as a fed so there's at least the possibility of there being faction specific stuff for the KDF side included.

More Tactical bridge officer slots would be the most common reason I imagine, Escorts (and Raiders) are the only ships that can sloe a Commander tac boff (excepting two lockbox ships)

I don't foind the unskipables in most episodes to be an issue. the one i really wish i could skip is the one you get the first time you beam to new romulus.... it lasts for nearly 10 minutes! Only an issue on Alts but its still bloody annoying.

This is hardly a new issue, the T5 Fleet B'rel has the same issue although the T5 C-store version can use it im told. This is a three year old bug. The only conclusion most of us can come to is that Cryptic simply don't care, for they surely know it exists.
