I have noticed this as well. I have Mark XIII Antiproton spire consoles but they are showing up as only 1.5% Critical hit. I am a level 60 in a Narcine Carrier.

yay. Another update to the upgrade system! Would this fix my Mk XIII Adapted M.A.C.O shield array? Not a single stat changed on it when I went from 12 to 13 >.<

I actually upgraded my adapted maco shield to mk 13 but none of the stats changed at all. i sent a ticket in about it, I hope i didn't just lose all that dilithium

I love my fleet nebula, its my favorite ship to use of all my captains. Good support and it can tank great! I also get 10k dps in stfs, which is pretty nice I think :)

I went fleet plasma beam arrays with the romulan beam and console. a couple of consoles from the embassy too, to boost plasma damage and gravity well. That sounds like the same thing mine is doing. I close the game down and it starts up a 4455Mb download. once its finished it goes away. But I can play the game again on the same day and again, it downloads 4455Mb all over again. It has done this for the past few days, but i have decided to just cancel it each time now.

I don't know if I have the best build for a Fleet Nebula or not, but I love how my ship turned out. I regret buying my Kar'Fi, it is soooo squishy! I mistakingly put fleet dhc's on it, only to find out I can't make it resist anything because it needs the RCS. 2 Mk XII RCS+res consoles aren't enough. yeah its still messing up! I get a lot of lag whenever I zone and just now it would not let me change characters or even log out, I had to tab out and close the program just to load it back up to select a different character!
