All excellent news, I just hope this new fleet holding doesn't suffer from the same frame rate issues I see on New Romulus and Risa (and very slightly on ESD) with my AMD 390x!!!
Bump. Exactly the same... Recent fix meant a slight improvement from 4-15FPS. I just walk around with the camera facing a away from the buildings on Risa now. Spec CPU: i7 3.7Ghz RAM: 12GB GFX: AMD 390 8GB GDDR5
I have FPS issues but they don't seem similar. Spec CPU: i7 3.7Ghz RAM: 12GB GFX: AMD 390 8GB GDDR5 I'll start by saying I don't have these issues with Crysis 3 or other graphically intense games. For the last several months I've had FPS issues on ground mostly. I've noticed it has improved slightly after the recent work…
Anyone else just pleased it will be available on console and hopefully they'll have fixed the horrendous frame rates on 90% of all ground content. I'll buy a console just not to have to play it in slow motion anymore.
I know I'm reviving a dead post but, really, still no fix for this!!! Given I have an i7, AMD R9 390 and 32GB RAM and can run Crysis 3 at full settings.... I expect STO to run fine, but Risa, Romulus and other ground maps are terrible 5-6 FPS! Considering Risa used to work fine pre 2014 this is obviously due to additions…
I pretty much agree with everything said by forcemajeure. I love the game but with each update things seem to feel like you have to grind more and more, working your way through the reputation system these days feels like the mud just keeps getting thicker! How many times can you repeat these PvEs a day before your bored…
Ah, no I'm not. I'm guessing you have to be level 60 for that now? Fair enough. I just did Infected Conduit (Advanced) and only got 10 omega marks, that's pretty low.
Actually the chroniton beam array is antiproton, cannons are all dual heavy voth antiproton and the fludic turrets are also antiproton as is the 360 Omni directional beam array fitted to the aft. Since its a timeship I was going for the temporal warefare set hence chroniton beam array, when I get enough lobi I'll also…
Okay, so let me get this straight, if I've got a human character, if I want trill spots I'd have to create a new "alien" character and level it up etc?
Ah sorry, I was referring to when you kick off a project in the reputation system. You can select a project give it the prerequisites and hit start, then set another project to follow (queue it). If you do this will they start automatically after the first completes?
OK given I'm a tac toon, I've decided to go for the Mobius (since it's a little cheaper as well) and I hear escorts are great for tac. Just need someone to buy my timeship shuttle now and I'll have enough ec :)
OK cool that gives me something to think about. So what is the deal with the Mannheim Device, why is it so bad? Is this just because you take damage from your past self when using it?
With a bit of advanced networking / proxying, you can make it look like you're in some other "allowed" country. I wouldn't let South Korea get between me and STO!
OK so they look like they are 135m ec Assuming I sell a set of 10 lock box keys for 11m each (costing roughly £10 via zen) 12 sets of 10 keys on the exchange @ 11m to get roughly 135m ec £120 :O Sound about right or am I just TRIBBLE at maths?
Awesome, exactly what I wanted to know. My bad faction :o Can the Romulan faction also join Fed Fleets? OK, you convinced me to give the KDF a try at some point ;)
