Im an rper and i think the notion to eliminate pvp is ludicrous. A good pvp community prolongs the lifespan of a game potentially indefinitely. Think about Counterstrike, Halo, Dota2 etc...THERE PLAYING THE SAME MAPS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. With a good pvp community you have a core of player that wilk be there regardless of…

I echo this sentiment. I only log in when theres something good to grind for on my toon and featured eps. I used play on the reg when i had 9 alts all semi geared with theyre own c store lockbox ships catered to their backstories ready to kick TRIBBLE...lvl 60 was tge end of that fun.

Yeah the STO single player story is pretty much this. I have an RP version of mychara, service record, crew, headcanon ship, etc etc. But thats not the single player story. Just accept your multiple realities!

I think what you need is to get into tabletop roleplayin man, no master key purchase requireD haha Joking aside, iys a nice thought man, but i dont see the point in making what you wanna do in STO as its currently constructed... An epidemic means that there is current and rapid spread of a "disease" unless he has raw data of "godsmacking" causing a rapid increase of "afk penalties" in PUGs, its not a bloody "epidemic" he might have a case for it being "endemic", but then again i think the guy is just full of sjht.
