    An epidemic means that there is current and rapid spread of a "disease"

    unless he has raw data of "godsmacking" causing a rapid increase of "afk penalties" in PUGs, its not a bloody "epidemic"

    he might have a case for it being "endemic", but then again i think the guy is just full of sjht.

    The game becomes unplayable with no vote kick option.

    I reported 2nd time the same character; its 3rd time I found him AFK (+2 times by my friends) the whole time in the new ground mission. Nothing happened and he still does that every day.

    Mission failed all objectives. 1 AFK 1 quit due to that.
