You can have only 1 +75 PrtG console equipped. Rest are 4x +37.5 fleet consoles.

I'd put my money on the old coding thing. ST/ET used to remove such debuffs way back, kinda safest to say that the devs have no clue about a lot of old codes which still exist in the game and interfer with a lot of things.

During our test he had absolutelly no reason to be bothered by viral torps since I don't have that trait.

I so hope they change the way certain things work. Or at least cut the duration and dmg (Surgical Strikes) vs players by 50% or add disable immunity or do freaking anything about anything concerning pvp. They are quite challenging opponents in Ker'rat. You have to be VERY fast to kill them since they keep their fluidic consoles on global :D

The only thing I did was asking a simple and somewhat legit question especially after Delta launch. If you aren't in the position to answer this question, then please don't troll and call names. It isn't exactly what the ToS defines as legal, is it?

Will people be called exploiters and be rolled back if they deal more dmg in the same amount of time than the average 4k dps Joe? It would really be good to know such things in advance.

Particle Accelerator is the buff given by Elite Fleet Deflectors to reduce cooldowns on sci abilities by 10%. I don't see that buffing the crit chance at all, not to speek of almost 100%.

i could have asked the 4 guys from my fleet who played in my team to spam here as well because they also saw everything, maybe then the OP + friends wouldnt ignore me completelly but that on the other hand wouldn't reflect our fleet's pr policy :D oh and how do you plan to use the voyager console if all others are not…
