Unlike you I haven't been insulting anyone. All I've done is state my dissfaction for the horrible customer service as a PAYING customer. And I will state my dissatisfaction until reimbursement for lost time, OR they fix their problem.
Top priority? Sure doesn't look like that if you won't make an emergency patch. Making us wait even longer AND not extending the special event is another form of horrible customer service. Especially when an update is being done tonight at midnight. Do this supposed fix of yours then. It's not like it would affect anyone.

So you would rather they immediately rush this out the gate to the Holodeck server without testing it first to make sure it works? What would you do or how would you feel if doing so broke the game more and made their workload harder?

Unfortunately Branflakes i have tried to get into Redshirt and i still cant get in. after the cryptic screen finishes loading it starts to reload again then the client crashes shortly after.

Try unchecking 'Half-Resolution' (it's an assumption on my part that it somehow got checked active); and adjusting your graphics settings. If it's you first log in to Redshirt, it doesn't copy over your Graphics setting from Holodeck.

Also, now that this is on a public test server, we are going to make sure all is good with it over the next day before we get it into the "patch" that will be going out on Thursday. All is looking good so far, so we *should* have it in there

The fix worked for me. I got on to The Redshirt server.

Fleet and reps don't transfer over onto test shards when you transfer a character.
