I've seen some clerics heal the tank with just wellspring and no Iron Heart which annoys the **** out of me lol.

It gets a lot better at higher levels cause your stronger, your heals are stronger, every one else is stronger. Lower levels is really difficult cause you will have a lot of people yell at you, scream at you, call you fail, kick you, act like dumb asses. But, keep in mind, your the cleric your in charge. They are probably referring to the skills that are expensive. Clerics have a lot of skills and are expected to max a lot of them. Can go up to 20mill. But than look at sins...to max the good skills its like 27mill x.x Than there is MP food, which can get expensive.

I Ironheart myself through out the boss. When others need purifying, I purify, IH them once or twice than continuing Ironhearting myself. Works well for me, barely ticks my charm, unless he goes after me twice.

Clerics can be good in PvP if you use tricks and know what your doing. They are super squishy but their are ways around it. Its challenging but can be possible. Also depends on the other PKer. If your dueling an expert BM, that's like asking to die. BMs can spam stuns like no other so its like they are hitting a dummy.…

I sort of like the fact that a lot of people don't trust a cleric completely. Because it keeps them on their toes and they don't fully depend on the cleric. Thus if the cleric is busy trying to keep someone else alive, the other can use pots or their own healing skill for the time being.

I've always questioned LA build. People say, it for more physical defense, but LA clerics still die pretty damn fast. Either, have less damage and take longer to kill, but stay alive a tiny bit. Or, have more damage, kill faster with better healing, but die more rapidly. They seem a bit even. Only benefit I see out of it…

Clerics are great soloers :D Do pretty high damage Can heal yourself Spam IH and you can be practically invinsible Buff yourself Have magic and physical skills Have purify They are are pretty awesome.

Yeah clerics are stressful, but can be fun! You will find people who will call you fail or criticize you. But I'm pretty sure all classes go through that. Be good at multitasking and Blacklist the people who hate you. b:pleased

I'm choosing not to get demon rez. I don't think I should spend 20mill+ for something that doesn't benefit me. Besides, people should appreciate to get rezzed and save 90% experience. As for clerics, if they are the only cleric in squad they have to lose 100%.

yeah clerics have both magical and physical attacks. Razor Feathers does physical damage as well.

I've have been using Glaives of Divinity through the 80s for my weapon. Works fine for me.

For Blademasters I typically put on plume shell, put them to sleep, and either tempest or wield thunder and cyclone. Yet sometimes they end up stunning me before I can put them to sleep. x.x

Yeah I'd say if you don't have the money than don't bother maxing it. Its just another skill that can be useful in AoE situations but not used too often. That is depending how you play. Save the money for something more useful like shard/pots/armor/weapons/etc.
