I'm just complaining about the 45% less defence that it proc which, in pvp, could maybe mean more damage that the 50%+ crsev., alway affected by tenacity reduction. Did someone make some calculation about that (of course this is a pvp issue)
The deflect bug with CC is a bug already known and noticed since beta, but never fixed. It's a no sense and all honest people agreed with it, but it's still there... For real, now a lot of people, even CW, prefer Dps encounters instead of CC cause they last for millisenconds.

regen is good if you take have good defense and high health, cause it's more effective when you have under 30% of you max hp Lifesteal is good but only if you attack a lot, so it's just a matter of playstyle.

I don't understand why you said pvp and pve nerf couldn't be separated. they are different sometime, just a sample: assailant dmg is half in pvp and can be dodged or resisted.
