As tooltip says, you get back to life with SF and get a heal for 50% of your total HPs
If the final hit hurts you for more than your left HPs, that damage is taken away from the Lathander Healing.
Examples:
40k HP GWF. Get down to 4k HPs. The enemy finish you (happens a lot) with a strong DPS power lie Anvil, Shocking Execution, Ice Knife, IBS crit, intimidation crit, or any other big damage move, just name it. Say it hits for 15k. 11k HPs are taken right away from healing and you get back to life with 9k HPs+SF base HPs.
Let's say it's a 30k anvil of doom. You get back to life with basic SF, healing erased completely.
Now, it's not rare to get a big finisher nowadays. So from my point of view this effect itself, if WAI, is a "self-nerf" on the bonus. And a counter: you burn the guy down to low HP, then Daily/ Finisher to cut a big portion of the healing.
Problem is: 60-80k players still get a too big healing.
Suggestion: make it a 20k flat healing (easy to reduce with a strong finisher)
OR
Suggestion: make it affected by healing depression BUT in this case the finisher damage should not apply to the healing, or it would be useless.
Testing it on my 40k GWF i see a lot of floating in the healing. Sometimes it full health, sometimes 25%, sometimes erased completely and gets only base SF HPs.
In a premade it's easy to coordinate and take down the guy with a finisher to nullify/ reduce the healing.
Problem might be the healing to the team, which could be toned down.
Plus, the set itself is rare cause the lathander artifact is behind a huge RNG wall in dread ring daily dungeons, Bound on Pick up.
I think a flat 20k -or even a bit less- heal could be the best: you can spend 15 min killing (with luck) a 60k gf and then watch it gain a new life for 30k+SF heal since you could take more then 90 sec to take him down again and alle the game restart!
For DC it's a bit different, cause you can't kill them, but they can't kill you too..so is sort of balance

Is it worth getting anymore?
