Yeah but the mount is unbound and accountwide reclaimable, and it does say pack is single purchase, tradable with players. While using as active is bad, equip bonus is decent. That said they shouldn’t t be removing reclaimable companions. THat said it could be because of the favor bug going on with pc now. Console player lost access to Soradiel reclaim during bug and got it back after it was fixed.

Got confirmation that it’s still available on PC, along with all other RC items. So it probably tied to the favor glitch that’s only effecting console. With that glitch people report only able to gain progress on milestone 1. So status of milestones was probably reset and game thinks none have been completed. So there is…

Probably due to them ending RC when new event launch. Since it wasn’t supposed to end until mod 20 released and a new box was released. It automatically took old box out, but new box isn’t coded into game yet on live.

Experiencing the same on Xbox. Also have problem of the Soradiel companion is gone from the Zen store and not reclaimable for alts like it’s supposed to be. The Wings mount is though. Mine is missing also. Though the wings and sled from winter event are still there. So it should be an error and not intentional. Don’t know why they don’t just add all Zen store purchases for mounts and companions to the reclaim agent so everything is in one place Might also want to post this in bugs section

They weren’t but now they are, and all percentage get added to percentage and not rating. In regards to the companion gear and runestones on gear going to ratings is because they give the companion he stats not our character, like back when we had bonding runestones if you had no bondings equipped and your active companion…

It’s not just collars that are the problem, everything that gives item level, should give enough combine rating to at least maintain your stat percentages. This should have been a simple calculation that should have never been missed before releasing on live.

Not a bug. They made all regular zen store companions account bound and not tradable as part of yesterday’s update. It tells you so if you read the description in the store
