That's almost what's already in place. Once you hit Accept, you can't alter. Just make sure you don't hit accept until what you want is in the screen. Endbringer, Shadow Destroyer, Kodiak, Black Mask, Iron Clad, Oubliette, and Sapphire in Resistance are not bugged out with this. Those range from Super Villain to Legendary. That would be nice, unfortunately they're likely worried that if they did that, the majority of players would pack up and leave. I highly doubt that. The vehicles aren't up to the design specs. They're supposed to be customizable in a fashion very much like STO's ships.
