Power armor is very versatile you don't necessarily have to use the toggles. I prefer munitions PA myself but a lot of folks like laz0rs. If you find Flow's build is not to your liking I can show you a couple tricks for energy conservation and damage output + survivability. A Threat Wipe is a main such power.
One of my favorite mastermind mixes in COV was Bots/FF (Force Field) and I'm wondering if there's a way to jury rig one out of this build or if I need an entirely new build. Any ideas or suggestions for making this build? I like that one that turns force blast's personal force field into a group shield.
Depends on your end game gear. You can go defense heavy and go distinguished for offense/defense. In which case you go with vindicator/guardian. Or you could go offense in which case justice, or healing in which case virtue.
the energy form scales off dex but if you use concentration or chilled form you can use ego pretty handily. Other than that the only difference is mod prices.
